 Peak (JUL-AUG): Tues-Sun 11:30-3:30

Shoulder: (JUN+SEP): Thur-Sun 11:30-3:30

Winter: (OCT-MAY): Fri-Sun 11:30-3:30

(Closed Jan 1 – Mid-Feb for maintenance)

Located in the Seine Boat Inn, the ArtLoft is a 2 minute walk from the ferry, and is a great place to start, or finish off, your exploration of Cormorant Island. Every 6 weeks a new themed show takes over the Gallery half of the space (link here to show schedule), and in the Gift Shop items are added on an ongoing basis.

Members are primarily from Alert Bay, but also from surrounding areas, anyone in BC can be a member! For a low fee of $10/year anyone can join the Alert Bay Artists Society and take part in the open call themed shows. There is no jurying process, inclusion is our agenda! The motto of the Society is “Inspire ~ Aspire” ~ hoping to encourage youth, the elderly, and everyone in between.
